Spyware/malware disguised itself as rtl120.bpl, and the original file was deleted by malicious spyware. rtl120.bpl was overwritten by an older or corrupt version. The program related to rtl120.bpl was uninstalled improperly. rtl120.bpl related registry files is corrupt and obsolete. ' rtl120.bpl was not found, please reinstall tuneup utility ' or similar. rtl120.bpl file is damaged by virus and your computer is unable to access to the file. (.please note winrar was unsuccessful in extracting.so i used 7zip.i took the above step hoping to use tuneup's inbuilt uninstall utility correctly.but was unsuccessful (.as dreaded :(. => i right clicked on the tuneup's setup and through 7-zip's context-menu-option extracted it in c:\program files(x86)\TuneUp Utilities 2011\. i did some 'jugad'(an Indian term :p ) and was successful.i am mentioning the (hopefully) helpful steps below: iĮven used revo uninstaller(its impressive) but without success. i tried every thing written on every forum i came across but to no avail. i had even removed its name from add/remove program list. #RTL120 BPL FIX INSTALL#i mean i deleted its folder directly instead of using its uninstall utility.( my bad) so asĪ result i was unable to reinstall it.as whenever i clicked on its setup it said something like 'cant install as the software is already present' Recently i got myself into an irritating situation.i installed tuneup 2011.but then ( i don't remember why :D ) i deleted it. #RTL120 BPL FIX DOWNLOAD#To do this, download the necessary file from our site, because of which the error occurs, and place it in the directory with the executable file of the program, which does not run.Well am sharin my experience. If the libraries were not built into the program during compilation, errors will occur when trying to run the finished program on a computer without Borland development environments installed. These libraries may be needed to run some programs created in the C Builder or Delphi environment. A set of dynamic libraries, rtl120.bpl, rtl100.bpl, rtl90.bpl, rtl70.bpl and rtl60.bpl, used by Borland C Builder and Borland Delphi.
